Common Valerian. Vigorous upright perennial with aromatic foliage and branched stems bearing clusters of pink or white flowers from June to August. Blooms are very rich in nectar and its natural habit makes it ideal for wilder planting schemes. Height 1.4m. Spread 45cm. Full sun/partial shade. Moist but well-drainedf soil. Hardy.
