Christmas click and collect

• Trees can be selected and paid for through the website using the 'collect' option at checkout. You can also schedule a collection date.
• The website will show stock availability at point of ordering. Please note that we have multiple restocks during the first weeks in December in order to optimise tree freshness and variety. If your preference is not immediately available, please contact us for advice on potential restock.
• We understand tree selection can be a very personal preference. We are confident trees are of consistent high quality. If you do have any particular requests, please add instructions in the box on your cart page.
• We will process payment once the order is confirmed ready to collect.

We employ a robust stock control process designed to allow us to handle face to face orders and online orders simultaneously. There is always a tiny risk of human error in detecting the unlikely scenario we are processing simultaneous competing face-to-face and online orders for a single remaining tree! In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately by phone and e-mail as a follow-up in order to discuss options to modify the order.
