Refund policy

As plants are classed as perishable goods in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the usual 14-day cooling off period does not apply. You are not legally entitled to a refund or return of goods because you have changed your mind or the plant has not met expectations under your care. Your other statutory consumer rights are not affected.

However, consistent with our ambition to develop lasting relationships with our customers and their gardens through the quality and variety of our plants, we will happily discuss any problem you may encounter post sales. 

Please contact us by e-mail at info@exedranursery.co.uk or telephone 07487 537026 and, as far as possible, with the following information:

  • Why you wish to return the plant.
  • Photo evidence. 
  • Whether the plant has the original labelled pot. 
  • Date and time the plant was purchased.
  • How it was paid for e.g. cash, card or gift voucher.
  • Whether you have the receipt.
  • How you have cared for the plant post sales.

We will then advise you as to what we will do and what you need to do. 

Please do not bring plant material to the nursery shop unless we’ve agreed this with you. This is to safeguard plant health and biosecurity on site.
