Beard Tongue. Syn. 'Garnet'. Narrow-leaved bushy perennial with pretty foxglove-like wine-red flowers from July to October. Height 90cm. Spread 30cm. Full sun/partial shade. Moist but well-drained soil. Frost hardy (may need winter protection). RHS Award of Garden Merit.
